Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Since every lamp is a completely handmade and custom made to order piece of art, our shipping process works a little differently than your typical online store. Please read through this page carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.
Production & Processing Time
Every lamp is handcrafted from scratch using premium wood and resin epoxy. Because of this, orders are not sitting in a warehouse ready to ship. Instead we process orders in batches to make sure every single piece gets the time, attention, and care it deserves.
Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed. During periods of high demand such as holidays or peak seasons, production may take a little longer than usual. We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays with you.
Please do not place your order if you need it by a specific date unless you have contacted us beforehand to confirm availability.
Shipping Time
Once your order has completed production and is fully ready, it will be packaged and handed off to the carrier. From there, shipping typically takes an additional 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks from order date
Please keep in mind this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to ship worldwide! No matter where you are located we will make sure your lamp gets to you. Shipping rates and delivery windows may vary depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.
Carrier Delays
Please note that once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the carrier, any delays that occur are completely outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to delays caused by:
- High carrier volume
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
- Local postal disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has shipped. If your package appears stuck or lost, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import policies before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately before production begins as we cannot make changes once your order is in progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away. We will work with you to find the best resolution possible. For lost packages, please reach out to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
