Refund policy

Thank you for choosing one of our handmade lamps! Because every piece is completely custom made to order and handcrafted exclusively for you, our refund and return policy works differently than a standard retail store. Please read through this page carefully and in full before placing your order so you have a clear understanding of our policy.


Custom Made to Order

Every single lamp we create is made from scratch specifically for the customer who ordered it. We do not produce in bulk and we do not keep pre-made inventory. Because of this, once production has begun on your order we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to and acknowledging this policy in full.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us immediately after placing it. Cancellations are only accepted before production has begun on your order.

Once your order has entered the production and handcrafting stage, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This is because materials have already been sourced and work has already begun exclusively for your order.

If you are unsure about your order please reach out to us before purchasing and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.


Refunds

Due to the completely custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started. This policy exists because each lamp is made exclusively to order and cannot be resold or reused once production begins.

We strongly encourage all customers to review product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have any doubts or questions please contact us before purchasing.


Handmade Variations

Please be aware that since every lamp is entirely handmade, slight variations in color, shape, size, and wood grain are completely normal and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.

Additionally, colors displayed on your screen may appear slightly different from the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. A tolerance of 0.5-1cm in size and shape is also to be expected.

If you are a perfectionist expecting a 100% identical match to the product photos, we kindly ask that you reconsider your order as this level of perfection does not exist in handmade artwork.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However in the rare event that your lamp arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please do the following:

  • Take clear photos and videos of the damage immediately upon opening your package
  • Do not discard any packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the photos and your order details

We will review your case and work with you to find the best resolution possible. Please note that natural wood characteristics such as minor cracks or grain variations are not considered defects as these are inherent properties of natural wood.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Order has entered production or handcrafting stage
  • Slight color variation due to monitor display differences
  • Natural wood characteristics such as grain patterns or minor cracks
  • Size variations within the 0.5-1cm tolerance range
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
  • Change of mind after production has begun

Exchanges

Due to the custom made to order nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Each lamp is made specifically for the buyer and cannot be reassigned or reused for another order.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.
